FLORENCE — Jennifer Osmond scored three goals and added three assists, all in the first half, to lead the University of North Alabama women’s soccer team to a 9-1 rout of Lambuth at the UNA Athletic Complex.

It was the fifth straight win for the Lions, who improve to 6-2 overall. It was also UNA’s 12th consecutive home win dating back to 2008.

Osmond, a freshman who was redshirted last season due to an injury, scored UNA’s first goal in the 16th minute and added two more by the 40th minute to lead the rout. Chloe Roberts and Gabriella Madrigal scored two goals each and the Lions got single goals from Jamie Takala and Heather Farmer.
